Working draft. These terms describe how Scripted Live may be used, in plain language. They are being reviewed before our public pilot — treat this as a summary, not a finalised legal agreement.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Scripted Live is a live Bible-trivia platform for churches, schools, and other gatherings. By using it — as a host, a player joining with a PIN, or on your own — you agree to these terms.
Hosts and solo players sign in by email link or Google. Keep access to your email and account secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Players can join a live session with just a PIN and a display name, without an account.
The questions in Scripted Live are Bible-based and provided for study and enjoyment; we aim for accuracy but don’t guarantee it. Names, answers, and other input you provide remain yours, and you grant us permission to process them to run the service. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Scripted Live is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and is still early in its life. We may change, pause, or withdraw features, and we can’t promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Scripted Live is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms as the service is finalised. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use means you accept the current version.
